<h1>CTL WSCA-NASPO Limited Standard Warranty for CTL Products</h1>

CTL warrants CTL manufactured products for a period of one year from the date of Acceptance that: (a) the Product performs according to the specifications (b) the Product is suitable for the ordinary purposes for which such Product is used, (c) the Product is designed and manufactured in a commercially reasonable manner, and (d) the Product is free of defects. Extended warranties are available as an option on some products.

This CTL limited warranty excludes third&nbsp;party branded products including software media and accessories or peripherals that may be bundled with CTL branded products. If purchased, next business day on-site warranty service is provided for the time period listed on the packing slip or invoice and begins the date of product shipment for the CTL products. The hours of next business day on-site warranty service will be provided Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time excluding CTL holidays as published on the CTL website at www.CTL.net.&nbsp; Second business day response at times may be required in case of delays beyond CTL’s control (such as acts of God or calls reported to Technical Support after 3pm, Central Standard Time). A CTL authorized third party vendor may provide on-site service. Note: Some repairs may require the unit be returned to CTL for depot service at an authorized service center.

On-site warranty service may not be available for Field Replaceable Units (FRU) such as monitors, keyboards, modular hard drives, mice or similar external components of the product.

To obtain service under this limited warranty, you must contact CTL Technical Support within the warranty period. Technical Support personnel will work to resolve issues professionally and quickly, however, you must provide reasonable assistance in order to facilitate and/or receive support services.&nbsp; If CTL Technical Support is unable to correct the problem they may authorize a replacement part or parts, on-site service or a product replacement. All replaced parts must be returned to CTL.&nbsp; Customers may be invoiced for defective replacement parts not returned to CTL within two (2) weeks of receipt of the replacement parts.

CTL&nbsp; does not warrant&nbsp; damages or defects to the CTL&nbsp; product under the following conditions: misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of God,&nbsp; fire, vandalism, civil disturbances, or war, unauthorized service or repair of the CTL products, damage from electrical power problems, usage of parts or components not supplied by CTL, failure to follow product instructions and guidelines, unauthorized product modifications , shipping damage (other than during original shipment from CTL), failure to perform preventative maintenance, or damage caused by peripherals or software or from other external causes.

CTL will, under the warranty period, repair or replace defective parts with new or serviceable used parts. This determination will be at the sole discretion of CTL. CTL owns all removed and repaired parts from the CTL product. The repair or replacement of a CTL product does not extend the warranty of said computer product. Spare parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for twenty-one (21) days or for the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period (whichever is longer) of the CTL product in which they are installed.

This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. In addition, this warranty is only valid within the United States of America and its territories.&nbsp; For this warranty to be valid, the product must have been purchased directly from CTL or from an authorized representative of CTL.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES&nbsp; EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. CTL DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT CTL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSSES IN PROFITS, LOSSES IN REVENUE, LOSSES IN SAVINGS, LOSSES OF DATA, DOWNTIME, COSTS OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT (TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT), COSTS OF TIME, THIRD PARTIES’ CLAIMS OR INJURY TO PROPERTY.

Upon breach of the warranty, CTL will repair or replace (at no charge to the Purchasing Entity) the Product whose nonconformance is discovered and made known to CTL.&nbsp; If the repaired and/or replaced Product proves to be inadequate, or fails of its essential purpose, CTL will refund the full amount of any payments that have been made. The rights and remedies of the parties under this warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies of the parties provided by law or so ordered by the court.

1. In states that do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on the length of implied warranties, the above limitations may not apply to you. In states that do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental and consequential damages, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives customers’ specific legal rights. To determine other rights, customers’ should review applicable state laws.
